Nice start, but we will need to see multiple shots (the sides and back) to get you 'deployed."
Also, I would suggest adding something into your pouches to give them some bulk, and push them off to the sides a bit.
Lastly, I am all for "looking" the part, so I say get dirty, but that is just a suggestion, not a requirement!!
