Great Snowie! You look like a big guy, one suggestion would be to "roll" the shoulders forward so your chestplate drops down closer to the ab plate. I'm 6'3" with a long torso and my chest and ab touch. Make up the length by running nylon straps down from the shoulders for the backpack
