Greetings from North Carolina

Post by Cantondude »

Hello everyone! My name is Landon and I'm from North Carolina. I'm fairly new to costuming, but have loved Star Wars (especially Empire Strikes Back) for years.
I before getting fully vested I did want to ask a question. I'm a large guy around 6'6" and around 290-300 lbs with the frame to show it. Are snowtrooper kits for larger guys pretty common (everyone says go Vader but I don't have Vader money at the moment). Any info or insite would be appreciated.

Hi Landon and welcome to the Blizzard Force detachment!

I think Dan Law kits are a good choice for larger guys, but I'm pretty sure that our detachment leader can say something more about the size ;)

Anyway, good luck with your TS journey :D

Thank you for the info. I've read really good things about the Dan Laws kits so I may see if he could give me a quote on a kit. Any suggestions on soft parts?
