Hey Guff & Sponge! Thanks for all the assistance in the other forums/chats so far. Just unfortunately I've been tucked up with the little'n that the build wouldn't start until about 2030
RS have been super cool with me as well along with the dosh I'd managed to save, it seemed like the best route to take.
