Greetings from the UK!

Post by malcy-malc »

I've been a lurker on here for a while, I thought it might be a good time to say hello finally!

I'm currently in the process of gathering the bits I need for my snowie, it will be my 1st costume.

Hi Malc,

Welcome to the forums. You will find a wealth of information amongst the members here. Good luck with your build.

When it snows, ain't it thrilling, though your nose gets a chilling. We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way, walking in a winter wonderland.

Yay!

Welcome Malcolm. Now stop lurking and get building.

Both words end in 'ing' but the last one is better :)

Enjoy, and dont forget to ask if stuck.
The UKG is having a south west/Wales armour party soon. So that may help?

John
You don't go out looking for a job dressed like that do you? On a weekday?
Is this a, what day is this?

Thanks for the welcome guys :)

John, I'll be at the armour party mate. Won't have my armour by then, but I MIGHT have some mukluks to assemble (if they turn up in time!).

Where did you order your mukluks from? I ordered a pair from Canada of flea bay back in Feb 21 and they only arrived on my doorstep yesterday, three months from pick up to delivery.

I ordered my Mukluks from Canada too. I'm not expecting them to turn up for a while yet, but I can hope ;)

Even though I had to wait a few months for them to arrive the price was reasonable and the boots are good quality, so worth it in the long run.
