My name is Sarah and i have completed my TIE pilot costume (will be going in for clerance soon)

Welcome to Blizzard Force.
You should be able to find mukluks on ebay. The gloves are just white canvas gardening gloves. Look around the forums for pouches and dusters offerings.
I just used a pair of khaki pants which look very close to the photo ref.
