TD/TK going TS... from Colorado.

Post by John »

Hey ya'll,

My name is John... I am from Colorado Springs, CO... TK/TD 1446...soon to be adding TS to the list.

I'm (1) in a group of (12) soon to be Snowies that have the priviledge of going to Far Away Creations next weekend to assemble some of the most awesome TS armor there is... We're excited to be adding such a large number of TS's to our (Mountain) Garrison. I just picked up all of the material for the soft pieces today (duster, pouches...etc) and am having that created by one of my fellow Garrison brother's mom's...who I might add does an incredible job on our squad's costumes...

I'm really excited to get the TS completed...and hope to possibly have it done by the time I head down to the Fiesta Bowl Parade in Phoenix on New Years Day...

...anyways, this looks like a great board with alot of great people on it...and alot of very valuable information.

I look forward to making this site one of my daily stops...and getting the opportunity to meet you all...

Hey John,
Welcome to the coolest detachment in the entire 501st Legion mate 8) .. I know I speak for all of the troopers here when I say that I am excited about the forthcoming build. Not too many sleeps now mate  ...

Please feel free to ask questions and use that search button up the top. I think that you will find that there are lots of your Garrisons troopers already registered here. So expect them to give you a "Frosty Welcome too"... 8)

Welcome bro! Been hearing alot about this MG build. Be cool if there was one here at SCG. But the last big build we had were about 14 EPIII White Clones built for TCW movie premiere.

Yep, 4 days and counting. We're supposed to get 11 inches of snow here tonite (It is snowing like CRAZY right now). If I had it already...I'd be out snoveling the snow in it tomorrow....

2 days and a wakeup! Bring it on!!!

And we have good weather predicted for Saturday, which means that we can spend more time getting armor done, and less time driving in snow and ice.

But right now, I have about 2-4" of snow on the ground where I live. Granted, that'll be melted off by Saturday, but it does help one get primed for Snow troopin'. 8)

One day and a wake-up. As in less than 48 hours, we'll be hip deep in ABS, smelling the CA glue and paint fumes and getting-R-done!!!
